What kind of events is it for?
Christmas and summer parties, awards nights, conferences, team days, product launches and charity events. If your guests have phones, it works.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera and upload straight from the web page. There is no app and no account to create.
Is there a limit on photos, videos or guests?
No. Every package includes unlimited uploads from as many guests as you like.
Can we use the photos in our marketing?
The gallery is yours to download. If you plan to publish photos of people, we suggest you let guests know first, for example on the table cards or in your invitation.
Who can see the gallery?
Only the people with your link and PIN. You can switch on sharing, so guests can see and download everyone's photos from the morning after.
When can we see everything?
The gallery opens at 9am the morning after the event, so the late uploads are already in. You can choose a different time from your page.
Can guests keep uploading afterwards?
Yes. They can add photos and videos until the gallery closes. That is 30 days after the event.
Do we have to sort the photos?
No. We read the time each photo and video was taken from the guest's phone, so everything appears in the order it happened. This relies on the clock on each guest's phone being set correctly.
What if the venue has poor signal?
Uploads pick up where they left off if the signal drops. Guests can also add theirs later, with the same QR code.
How much does it cost?
One price of £69, for unlimited photos, videos and guests, with 30 days to download everything.
How do we pay?
By card when you book online. You receive a confirmation email straight away, which you can keep for your records.
Can we keep the gallery open for longer?
Yes. Add an extra year for £20 when you book, or later while it is open. After that, each further year is £15.
